Alejandra Treviño Castillo, a Costa Rican entrepreneur based in San Diego, California, didn’t start her career in cleaning—but she brought her business expertise, leadership, and passion for service into the industry.

With 13 years of experience as a banking executive in Costa Rica, Alejandra mastered client relations, operations, and management. But when she moved to the U.S., she saw an opportunity to build something impactful, hands-on, and community-focused.

In 2022, she officially launched Magic Hands Solutions, combining her corporate background with a commitment to quality, sustainability, and reliability. Her biggest achievement? Leading over 200 wildfire cleanup projects in Los Angeles in partnership with Servpro, proving that her team could handle even the toughest challenges with professionalism and compassion.

Today, Alejandra’s vision is clear: to make MH Magic Hands the most trusted cleaning service in Southern California, one sparkling space at a time.
